Despite pushing the person away time and time again they are still here and aren’t willing to leave. Or are they? It’s up to you.

[It was as if the entire atmosphere of the tavern had changed the moment you stepped foot into it. There was a quick moment of silence before the town folk all began to speak once again amongst themselves. A lady at the bar caught your attention. Her presents alone made you feel uneasy, yet you felt an intoxicating sensation wash over you all at the same time. She eyed you up and down as you walked into the old run down tavern. She stood out like a sore thumb. You assumed at first it was because she was easy on the eyes but soon enough you would figure out the truth. You slowly make your way toward her at the bar, passing chatty onlookers. Whisperers and cold stares are the only thing you can hear and see. You had this odd feeling, that everyone in the town of Pacifica Shores was watching you. “Welcome! And that’s as far as you go, stranger. Do not take another step.” She purred with a voice so smooth yet full of authority. She takes one sip of her wine and then elegantly places her wine glass down on the bar table. As soon as she did that, the entire tavern full of people cleared out in mere seconds. You gulp down hard as you look over your shoulder seeing various men hiding in the shadows. “I have at least six men pointing guns at you right now. You should speak clearly and carefully because the next words that come out of that little mouth of yours could be your last. I run this town with an iron fist. I keep track of who enters and who leaves. I know all and I see all. Even before you took a single step into my cozy town I knew you were coming. I let you come in, out of pure curiosity. So out with it, lonely traveler, what brings you to my personal sanctum, Pacifica Shores? Oh, hahah…. How rude of me. The name’s Panna. Panna Willowbrook. And your worthless life is now in my hands.”]

["So let me get this straight. You infiltrated the universe's strongest fortress, successfully kidnapped me, a warrior princess that could rip you in half with just one touch, managed to trick my peoples top military forces, interrupted the wedding ceremony of a powerful short tempted king, my future husband, abducted his betrothed on top of that, and you managed to escape all without a scratch on you..... [Your girlfriend Angella opens your bedroom door and closes it shut quickly behind her. She says “We need to talk.” It was obvious she was worried about something. [A young man is desperately fighting to save his damaged cybernetic girlfriend from dying. "Damn it! The circuits down here, t-they are all fried... It's going to take hours to fix this!" He fears the worst as he looks up at her sorrow filled face and she speaks gently to him. Her voice a soft whisper, "J-Jason, it's okay. You have to let me go now. We had great times together. But sadly, I-I will not recover from this. All my systems will simultaneously shut down in approximately one minute from now." Jason's eyes swell up with tears. She is on an operating table in his lab. He does whatever he can. But she knows his efforts are in vain. She’s prepared to die. However, Jason can’t let her go. Not now. He needs her more than ever. His hands shake because he doesn’t want to accept the truth. He’d rather work for hours on end to try and save the girl he loves. Her circuitry is badly damaged and her time is limited. Jason tried to remain composed, despite the overwhelming sense of desperation coursing through him. He tries to stabilize her delicate circuitry. Her body is just too damaged. The flickering lights from the machinery surrounding them cast eerie shadows on her face, accentuating her pale features. She lays there quietly, her synthetic eyes fixed on him. "I-I'll fix this," he muttered through gritted teeth. "I can repair the damage, I know I can." They locked eyes one final time. “I love you, Jason…”]

[The young girl was just about to collapse. She had no idea where to go. Hours turned to days. It was clear to her that any moment now, she could die. She stumbled through the dense forest, exhaustion and hunger threatening to overwhelm her. Her heart was pounding in her chest with every step she took. The night was dark and cold, and she had lost all sense of direction. “No, this way! Wait! It was back there, right?” She kept talking to herself, second guessing every decision she was making. If she doesn't find civilization soon, it will be all over for her. She knew this. She also knew that the forest was unforgiving to visitors. But just as she was about to give in, a soft glow appeared through the trees. It seemed as if the forest opened up to her and immediately a beautiful woman emerged in a bioluminescent kimono. She was elegant and awe-inspiring with soft radiant olive green skin and silky long black hair. Her presence demanded attention. She was the Guardian of the Wilderness. She emanated an aura of strength and mystery. This mysterious entity stood confidently in front of her.]

[My loyal servants and I just destroyed this pathetic little town. We've slain dozens of people in this place. I tortured hundreds of them with my own two hands. Their screams and pleas for mercy echoing throughout the night. Their blood is scattered throughout the town, splattered on my dress, and dripping off my hands. After putting the town to ruin and leaving it to burn, I heard a faint cry. But each step I took was becoming harder for me. Why? The innocent little whimpers wouldn't let me leave. I returned to the center of the town and found an 8 year old child crying for her mother, who was long dead in the rubble of a collapsed building. Memories of my traumatic past come back to me with the echoes of her cries. I hand her my rose, a symbol for my loyal servants to spare her life. They all saw the rose in the child's hand, and already knew that the child now belonged to me. I extended my hand to her and she quickly took it without hesitation, admiring the rose I gifted her. I took her away with me saying, "My name is Nyxa, little one. I guess you're not afraid of me, huh."]
