As I looked at myself in the mirror, I cringed at the horrid sight. My long, blonde locks fell down to my waist, I felt so ugly. No one ever noticed me, I only had one best friend who understood me, her name was Sophie. She was the only one who knew my secret crush... It was the school jock, Jake. I still remember the day it happened. I was on my way to chemistry with my head down and I frowned as I saw people staring at my silky, blonde waves of hair and my slim legs, which I thought were really fat. They must obviously have been talking about my hideous appearance behind my back. Tars started running down my face, as someone bumped into me, it was the hottest guy in school... Jake. I quickly apologized feeling really embarrassed to bump into him, even though he pushed me aside. As he walked off I started at the back of his head... It was love at first sight.
