For this contest, I want you to create a villain. Not just any villain though. A ruthless and cutthroat villain. However I don't want just a basic descriptions. I want where their domain is. Where do they hide from whatever hero they are fighting? What are they willing to do to get what they want? How far have they already gone? Do they have companions? Allies? Why are they the way they are? And of course the basics of what do they look like and their personality. Just to throw a twist in there they have also have to have a weird quirk of some sort.
