I woke up at about 8. I remembered where I was, but not soon enough. I screamed, and rolled onto the floor. As I opened my eyes and looked up, I realized the windchime that my aunt left there for some reason. I headed downstairs to leave for the day. I grabbed a pen and paper, and wrote her a goodbye note. Of course, though, im sure you dont really care what it said.
I tried to open the door as quietly as possible, so that she didnt know I was leaving. As soon as I closed the door behind me, I ran toward Cassie's house.
...
I knocked on the door, and again, Cassie answered almost immediately. "Oh! Its you again." She said. She sounded tired. 524Please respect copyright.PENANAZbekNBj6pB
"Hi! My name is Kayla. Do you remember me?" I honestly didn't care at this point. I was going to get her to remember me, one way or another. "Kayla..? Um, didn't we do that project together in 7th grade?" I sighed. 524Please respect copyright.PENANAgBCo5Q2FbB
"No, its Kayla Andersen! Remember me? We're best friends!" You could see the look on her face that said she was confused and low-key terrified. "Right... So whats up, Kayla?" I felt defeated. I knew she was only saying that because she didn't want me to feel bad. I sighed again. ¨Its alright. You don't have to pretend." I said, looking down. 524Please respect copyright.PENANAqjwIUoPzKy
Cassie put her hand on my shoulder and smiled. "Look, I'm sorry. But we can be friends.. I guess."524Please respect copyright.PENANAC9wU1KhI0H
