That should do it. I still have a little bit of credits left and I got some great stuff. Hope either I can handle the enemy or leave and come back. But it wasn't as much as the Advanced Alchemy so I should be fine. The room flooded with light and when my vision cleared I was standing in a field, I could see the city of Arland in the distance and the farms dotting the surrounding area, along with some of the gathering locations. I look around the field I find myself in and smile. The gathering locations still shine. Oh cool! A Blue Puni. It's almost mesmerizing to watch it bounce around. Oh shit it's coming right for me! I pull out my Multi-Tool and fire the mining laser right into the Puni. The first pulse of the laser completely destroyed it. I smirk. Blue Puni balls, three Cole and an abysmal amount of experience.
I look at my Multi-Tool for a minute and frown. Why didn't… I need to upgrade this thing real quick. Mining Laser, Advanced Mining Laser, Terraformer, Bolt Caster, Personal Shield. Oh! I didn't notice I got that one. I smile and finish installing Survey Scanner. My smile grows even bigger as I think about how even without upgrades this thing is so ridiculous. I hug the Multi-Tool. I can't wait to figure out how to make you.

A Multi-Tool designed by the Gek as a compact Multi-Tool with the capacity for conquest and devastation that the First Spawn embodied, yet still possessing the versatility that these days require.
That's actually some pretty neat information. But more importantly, I feel sorry for this world. I completely use up all of the gathering spots and smile as I see the effects of Green Thumb when I collect from the plants and trees. I find a nice secluded place completely removed from what would be considered the more traveled areas. Happy with the location I point the Multi-Tool at the ground and pull the trigger, cutting deep and quick through the upper crust of this planet. It was night before I was finished but I look around the small base I have built. The tool can even make stuff from other worlds; I just have to know it from what it seems. I had four of the square prefab buildings in a square and the connecting pathways between them. One filled with storage and a cauldron, another was nothing but storage. The third was a simple bedroom with a really nice bed, and finally an entryway of sorts, or at least that's what it will be when I have stuff to put in it. I filled the area surrounding these four rooms with Bio domes. I smile at the super tech, knowing full well I could grow stuff underground with them since they were completely self-contained environments even with little sun box things. The final touch being the batteries and solar panels, I love not being restricted like I was in the game and I set to work making enough solar panels and batteries. The batteries were easier since I just terraformed a nice big, section quite a ways down, and placed all those noisy fuckers there. I ran the cable back to the building and then connected another one and ran it up to the floor of solar panels that were all only a little bit above the surface of the ground, relatively hidden by the grass.
Everything hums to life. Ok. Now it's time to head to town. I really want a bath, but first. I turn my attention to the rest of the field filled with Blue Punis. A grin spreading on my face as I pointed Nebula at the closest one, vaporize it with my laser. Life is good.

That took a long time but I did manage to both kill a lot of puni's and wolfs but I also earned a whopping 649 Cole! It sure was fun! But I managed to make it to Arland. It is big, for here during this time period. The sun has fully lit the lands now and I head right to the inn and get a bath before heading to the street where Rorona's atelier is. I stop outside of her shop and smile as I look up at the sign. Good my delay was long enough for her to already have her shop. I step inside and am quickly smacked with a sweet smell. She must be at here apple pies again. I look around the room, an open floor plan except for Rorona’s master's room. There she is, hovering over an oven, little skullcap like hat on her head with the feathers coming off of it and her almost dress almost robes are just so great on the brown haired girl. I honestly don't know how old Rorona was at this point but I know most alchemists start off quite young, but they never really made them look like children per say. Since it was easier to animate just one, same sized, avatar. Now I actually see her in flesh and blood. She is less than four feet.
"Hello, Rorona."
"Eep!" Rorona jumps out of her skin and whirls around to look at me and she blushes for a moment and then composes herself. "H-hello! Welcome to m-my Atelier!" Wow... her volume control is quite a bit broken right now.
"So I take it you are Rorona then?" I ask her and tilt my head to the side as I watch her and wait for her to continue.
"Oh! Yes, sir!" I raise my hand and cause her to stop.
"Take a deep breath and calm down. I'm not going anywhere so just go ahead and take your time." I smile kindly at her and she smiles back, a light blush on her as she embarrasses herself. She nods and takes a few deep breaths and then puts her hands up in front of her and balls them into fists, her face screwing up into a look of determination.
Rorona Frixell Affection +8
"How can I help you, sir?" She says much more stead, I look at her for a moment and enjoy her blush deepen a little more under my gaze. "Yes actually. Can I have one of everything you can! Also can I have a piece of that pie?" I smile as I slip the last part in and see her reaction.
Rorona Frixell Affection +12
She completely ignores my request for synthesis and zeros in on the pie, her eyes doing an odd, yet adorable, sparkly flame. "You absolutely can!" She nearly screams and I just chuckle.
I grin for a moment, her seemingly in her own world as she turned back to her oven. "Hey, so what kind of pie is it?" Not that I don't already know. I pause long enough to interrupt her response, "You know what? Never mind. There is no bad pie."
Rorona Frixell Affection +12
Her smile is sweet but her eyes show triumph. "I KNEW one day I would meet someone else who understood." I chuckle and move over to the oven with her. "May I take it out?" I ask her and then look to see if there is a timer, not that it would surprise me if she didn't use one. With a look... Nope! She is just a natural with pies. Or it's because she watches it every step of the way. I think that as she nodded at me and turned back to the oven. She watches it like a hawk for a few more minutes, both of us starring in silence, before she nods. "Go ahead." I give her a nod and grab the heat pad and pull the pie out of the oven, giving it a smell and then setting it on top of her oven. An idea came to me and I hold my hands out and quickly pull out the parts and whip up a cherry bomb sized, blue explosive and eyed it for a moment as my knowledge takes over and finds me the confirmation of it going to do what I want it to. I check my sheet; cool bombs are cheaper than actual alchemy.

Rorona Frixell Affection -5
It may have hurt my affection a little but it confirmed the feeling I got that was telling me percentages on how she would react to what I said or did. I can only imagine that it is from the title and after a quick check, by removing the title, proved that the percentages stopped immediately. But they only help in it gave me a feeling of; good, bad, or nothing. I assume nothing is a neutral reaction, based on what I have seen so far and the numbers seem to be within reason of what they are. I still smile at her, which actually causes her to have a confused look. With a turn, blocking her view of the oven, I go back over and smile at the instantly cooled pie, my weak cold bomb I set off doing its job. I pick the pie up and walked back over to her and presented the pie. "Cooled and ready to eat." I chuckle and she looks from the pie, which has a light layer of frost on the pan, and my smiling face. "How?"
"Oh, but isn't it simple? I'm an Alchemist too."
Rorona Frixell Affection +16
I expected to gain affection with her fairly easy. She is a very easy going girl, with a bright and happy demeanor... but honestly? Her parents sold her to an alchemist to clear a debt. I think it had something to do with... her being sick or something like that? Wait... my memory stuff is so freaking weird. Why doesn't it pull that as rememberable, but I... Hmm... Could it be? Does the Game actually make a combined knowledge of what I, it, and the 'character' I'm in know and use that to function? Ok I got this. I have a DM living it my head or something like that... sort of.

For making simple connections that sometimes go unnoticed.
I have also noticed that, while not all the time, the Game seems to have a sense of humor. But I already knew I had something of a benefactor, not really. I observe her but really it doesn't tell me as much as I know about her already. I guess I need to work on that but honestly... it doesn't really bother me not using it. It almost seems like some Gamer's use it to much and kind of forget to... I don't know... be human? But I suppose it happens as the power accumulates. With a shrug in regards to the future of my own humanity I turn back to the oven, set the pie down and go to grab a knife.
Rorona perks up and quickly goes about grabbing two plates and forks, pulling down glasses and pouring two glasses of milk. The pie quickly cut and plated I smile.

I wince as the memories of me in kitchens, both my own and various restaurants, plus the various jobs and independent actions that caused these skills to grow. I look at her and see a look of concern; she sure is watching me a lot now, even more than before. I take a bite of my pie and I see her look went from focus to... anxious? Worried? The flavor of the pie stops me for a moment as I look down at it and see that the quality of the item doesn't seem to match the taste of it. She really is a wonder when it comes to pies. "This is delicious." I smile and then continue to eat the pie, drinking some milk as I do. The look on her face melts and she beams at me brighter than ever. "Thank you! I love pie." You would think she would care that she still doesn't know my name but I guess just being a customer and 'loving pie' are enough for her. Not that I don't love pie but honestly no one does like her... Maybe Escha... Oh shit. I added them didn't I? I guess she might be doing her first assignment for the Colseit government office... Assuming she is already done fixing the windmill. That starter quest actually took a little while.
Escha is a problem for another time. We sit there for a contented moment just eating pie when the door to the room of Astrid, Rorona's teacher, boss, genius, and unrepentantly lazy, not to mention how nosy she is and then fact that she basically owns Rorona until she pays off the debt. I honestly don't think she ever does, but I also don't think Astrid really cared about that in the first place, she just wanted Rorona to learn alchemy
"Rorona! You’re supposed to be working, not eating pie with your boyfriend." There is real bite in her voice, but only just enough to show that there is something about this that she disapproves of. I turn to Rorona, not making any comment at all. Her eyes met mine and we stare at each other for a moment, me just smiling, and her gears in her brain turning as she looks back. She then turns back to Astrid, "But I'm just taking a pie break with my new customer, who also likes pie!" She then smiled brightly and Astrid and I actually look at each other for a moment, wondering if the comment actually had completely missed its dodging mark.
The two of use finished our pie, Astrid and I still just kind of starring at her. She grabs my plate and walks them both over to a sink and sets them down. As soon as the clink of the dishes hit the sink she whirls around, face a darker red than what’s on her cloths. "B-b-b....b-b BOYFRIEND!" She nearly yells the last word and Astrid and I look at each other again and we both bust out laughing, I actually fall out of my seat. The underlying tension having been broken by that, I finally pick myself up off of the floor and look at the blushing and… she almost looks like she’s shrinking. That's cute. I turn back to Astrid. "Greetings, I didn't know that she had one, since she is the owner of this store... or at least named after her.
Astrid nods slowly, as she looks me over full now. I feel like I am on a dissecting table under her stern unwavering gaze. I just smile at her the whole time. She finally accepts, something, it seems and holds her hand out. Oh I can't help myself; I take her hand and kiss it softly. She almost recoils as if being burned.
Astrid Affection +8
"What do you think you're doing?!" There is fire there and the small 'Eep!' from by the sink lets me know this is certainly scary for Rorona, but I know better. "Oh! I apologize I couldn't help myself when struck by your beauty up close."
Astrid Affection +8
I can't help but wonder if she just isn't used to this, so focused on her own work, and stalking Rorona. She 'glares' at me but I just smile, she flinches at my smile. I am honestly surprised I noticed the flinch at all. She is very much in control of herself it seems. "Oh? Well? Let this be a warning to you then!" She then quickly disappears into her room again. How have I not had to introduce myself yet? I internally chuckle and then turn back to Rorona who is just staring at me with both wide eyes and mouth. "H-how...?" I shrug take my seat again. "I don't know what you're talking about. I actually have to do a double take cause it looked like she almost had a knowing look on her face but when I looked again she was just smiling at me. I outwardly brush it off but inwardly I wondered if this was the Ecchi world starting to turn its head... maybe that with Astrid was the first hint of it...
"Anyways, in light of recent events I must bring us back to our agreement. Rorona actually looks a downtrodden by this and slinks over to her seat and sits down and then weakly speaks. "I understand. This isn't the first time something like this has happened." I tilt my head at that since she clearly thinks I am no longer going to buy stuff... Why would that stop me? I am going to beat this game with Rorona right now.

Now I am sure I am being watched regularly. But sure, no problem. "Ok, since you understand when can I expect my first one?" She looked up at me confused, "Uhh.... What do you mean?"
I sigh dramatically, "I thought you said you understood?" She blushes and looks into her lap, and with a weak sorry I can't help it anymore. I reach over and lift her chin, a grin on my face and a laugh held back. She blushed hard when I touched her face and then scrunched up her face it thought at my actions.
"There's nothing to be sorry for. But you do misunderstand." She flinched at that, guess she hears that a lot. "But it's fine. Here is my new deal I want. One of everything you knew, and learn, how to make. At its best quality, meaning when you can make better ones I want a replacement, also I want a pie a weak." She hasn't said a word and seems to be in shock. Ok. I'll wait...
-Rorona-
She knew she wasn't moving or saying anything, but what could she say? She couldn't even begin to comprehend how much money that could end up being. She knew she couldn't make much... granted she knew that she couldn't make much. She could learn though, that's why Astrid had her learning alchemy, right? But... she didn't want to charge him for her pies. He liked them, she liked them, and she liked him.
Her brain froze up now. She liked him? Why was the floor on the ceiling and where did he go? Oh there he is. Why does it look like he's looking down at me? Why is it getting dark?
-Alex-
I watch as the focus leaves her eyes and they close. Well... I'm not really sure what to think about that. I pick up Rorona and carry her over to the couch, because they like them more then beds it seems, and carefully place her on it and make her comfortable. I pull out a bag of Cole from my inventory and get pulled over as the weight meets the gravity. With a thud the bag holding a million Cole plops down next to the couch. I neatly write a note detailing our agreement and leave the atelier and head to Arland Castle. As I go to head inside I see Cordelia coming out. I smiling brightly at the girl who was doomed to always look like she does now, but she is gorgeous and a light tsundere, but nothing like most. Really that probably isn't even fair she just doesn't like the fact that her family is looked down on, subtly and not so much, by the nobles. Her family is rich but they are 'commoners.' They never actually delved too deep into, but I might try my hand at something. An idea starting to form, slowly, as I find more of the pieces that are needed, but she should be heading to Rorona's.
The castle foyer is just as nice as I remember with the guards stationed at the double doors on either side of the foyer. I head over to the desk with the beautiful receptionist behind it. Her dirty blonde hair tied back in a ponytail with her bangs and a few really long side strands frame her face nicely. "Greetings, sir. How may I help you today?" She asks in a very professional tone.
"I sure hope you can. I know that the kingdom recently came to an agreement with Atelier Rorona, correct?" I ask the receptionist, whose eyes narrow slightly. "That is correct, sir. What concern is it of yours?" I chuckle a little, oh the protective people that were around her but refused to actually do anything to help her.
"Simple. I wish to clear the debt in full." I say with an easy tone and smile. The receptionist opens her eyes wide and just stares at me for a moment before laughing. "That's cute and all but I am sorry to say but I doubt that it is enough for one indi..." My patience starting to run a little thin I interrupt her.
"While I understand that no normal individual may be able to do this but that is not me." I say and cross my arms, waiting for her reply. "Fine." She pulls out a piece of paper and writes out a number and hands it to me. I look at it for a moment and sigh, damn you Astrid how the hell did you do that? One hundred million Cole, not like I care but still... holy crap. "Ok, give me a moment." With that I leave to some very, very, confused looks as I was not the only one needing to petition the castle. I find a nice secluded spot and pull out that much Cole and see what I will need to carry it in. Picking it back up I go and rent a cart, with an animal to pull it, and then dump multiple bags of Cole into it and then walk it up to the castle and inform a guard I need to speak with the receptionist.
She comes out with a confused look, which only deepens as she sees me standing next to the cart. "Here you go." Her confusion turns to shock and she looks at me, pointing at the cart. "That's?"
"Yup!" She rushes over and looks into the bags before getting the guards to take control of it and lead it away. "If you would, please follow me this way." I pause as I think this over and then just look confused and ask her why. Her explanation was something, something, something. I didn't really listen, until I heard something about ownership. "Wait. What do you mean? I thought Rorona was the owner?"
The receptionist sighs a little and tilts her head side-to-side. "Sort of. She is, but since the kingdom was owed..." I nodded, understanding. So paying the castle would make me the owner, regardless of what was said otherwise. "Give it to Rorona." I say simply and then leave. She is so stunned by this that she can't even gather her thoughts to call the guards to stop me before I am gone and quickly out of Arland. Wish I would have bought some of those books, but honestly that should about do it, just need to let the entirety of the dust settle. I make it back to my base, using a different route and collecting ingredients along the way. It is time to stop messing around and get some major alchemy going and done, mine and theirs. The sun is setting and I am about to go in when something catches my attention in the direction of the sun. I look, squinting and trying to block the sun’s rays. Oh! There you are floating ruins. I already have a ship that is more than enough to pierce the storm surrounding it. But I don't think I am ready for that. I wonder if I can save the Bumblebee Princess.

Oh shit! I could accelerate it? Maybe it can be weaponized? ...No? Ok. No quest, but that doesn't mean I can't, or that I should either. An accelerated plague, basically, that replaces water with the liquidly sand-like substance that is Dusk. Guess it hasn't spread this far yet.
Anyways, problems for the future... That really should be a Gamer quote or mantra or something. Ok time to be scarce for a little bit. I vanish into my base and got to my alchemy room, getting comfortable. I start to sift through my mind and nod. That is... really easy. I pull out some ingredients and touch each of them. I feel them pull inside me and start to circulate. I know on an intellectual level that I should be scared and this should hurt but it actually feels kind of nice. The really cool thing was that as I added each ingredient I started getting a lot of knowledge about what I was using. I knew but didn't know what I could make with them as more pieces went in other questions were answered and other combinations started to percolate. This is cool. It's like I am a synthesis cauldron.

I was going to make more but I wanted to try something from here. It was an odd unbalance once I finally tried making something using Atelier alchemy; I remember all the recipes from playing the games but also know that I have no true experience in the field yet. I quickly remembered something I want and start applying some slight modifications.
Metal being placed in was a very surreal experience not that it hurt but somehow I could still tell what exactly was moving through me... But I added the items together and mentally tried to complete it a timer popped into the corner of my vision. 23:59:56. Well that sure is a drop in time. This should take three days and I needed to know how it worked anyways. It seems I am not quite a cauldron, but one that eventually partitions into other cauldrons. This is good since I can’t make anything else now. My 'cauldron' is busy. Well that kind of sucks but it will be fine. I can at least still do stuff. I go ahead and drink the potion of health and secure that in my one slot.
So that went faster than I was planning and I know all I need to be a teacher of Alchemy I suppose I could head towards Totori, but honestly she's what... a toddler at this point? What do I want to do with all this free time?

There we go. Though my alchemy seems to override the limits that this world normally has, otherwise I would never have been able to make that katana, which I think I love. I pull it and look it over, shimmering as if it was liquid, with bubbles forming on the surface and then receding. The edge was sharp looking but also shifting just as much. The handle and guard were very simple looking though, just what looked like a wooden handle wrapped in leather. My first weapon and I feel like it is special to me. "I think I shall call you Silver Spire." I nod dubbing the sword and almost feeling it thrum in response. Before I can even think about that I hear a deep voice behind me.
"That seems a fine name for the sword." I whirl around, sword at the ready and look at who snuck up on me. I then look left and right, ok so he didn't sneak up on me. The man before me; who was a very respectable height at over six feet, with brown hair, brown eyes, and the look of so many hero protags, stood Sterkenburg.

I actually find it more offensive when people don't respond like you." He says with a sigh, which translated all too well onto his face. "That all aside, your stance was sloppy..." He then proceeded to drone on about proper sword etiquette, regardless of if I was an alchemist or not. I did pay attention though since this was a very luck meeting. He is a badass sword fighting knight after all. Too bad I will be repaying him by taking Rorona from him.

He then wandered off just as he came and I went on my way. Stood back at the entrance to Arland and smiled as I finally read what 50/50 did. It wasn't that it was two potions together its half of two potions combined with the other potion halves. So it is two potions but half strength. Still, that is pretty useful, especially with Alchemical Blood. I head to the residential district and go into places that I never could in the game and after a few hours of looking around I heard the cute little 'Hi'YAs" and followed them. This is a pretty nice place. The home was clearly Eastern style modeling, with something different about it as well that I just couldn’t but a finger on. I knock on the door to the mansion and wait, after a few minutes it opens and a butler stood in the doorway. He was a... well a generic butler. "May I help you?" I nod; this is maybe going to be a little harder than I thought. "Yes, my good sir. Is the master or mistress in? I am going to be opening an alchemy shop soon, probably, and was hoping I could try and find some good customers first hand." The butler looked at me for a moment and thought.
"Very well, sir. I will see you to a sitting room." He then steps aside to allow me in. Really, just like that? I mean I know alchemy is important here and getting an in with a new one would sure be great but... Ah. There. [Silver Tongued]. I step inside and wait for the butler. He closes the door and leads me through the inner sections. I expected to have to take my shoes off. I am lead through the home to the sitting room and to say the place was tasteful would be going easy on it. I sit in the room, two comfortable chairs with a circular coffee table between them, the colors a deep purple with dark red accents. It's all pretty nice really. A maid walks in and sets a tray down with small finger snacks and a tea set. She looks to me and I smile with a nod. She starts to make me some tea and I watch her. She's cute but what is really neat is the cute little face of Mimi peaking around the corner of the still open door. I smile and wave at her, a blush exploding on her face and she disappears.

Aww. I turn back to the maid as she hands me a cup of tea and then quickly make another as a woman who, honestly just looks like Mimi only older. Sure there are some slight difference, like looking at Blake Belladonna and her mother; Ok these two are closer than that but still. I stand and bow to her slightly. She smiles back and returns the bow, only slightly less than my own and then takes a seat. I take a seat after she does and smile, waiting for the maid to finish and leave. Once she does Mimi's bother beats me to the punch. "So what exactly is it that you had to offer, Mister...?"
"Ah yes. Straight to the point, I like that. I am Alexander Crawferd, but please if it is all the same to you Alex is fine." I offer to her and she thinks about it for a moment, as if weighing options. Oh shit... have we already started talking business?
"Very well Alex, I will." She says with a nice smile, not large or bright but it was really nice. "Then I insist you call me Ling or Ling-Ling if you prefer." She smiles a little shyly at that and I can't help but wonder if she is flirting with me. I haven't gained any affection so that has me a little on edge. Flirting and her body are weapons to her! Danger! Danger, Will Robinson! "Very well, Ling-Ling." I smile and she smiles in a way that reminds me of Serafall Leviathan when someone goes along with her being a magical girl. My danger rating on her just keeps ticking up.
Ling-Ling
???
I guess I couldn't expect much less, good think I do want to form a good relation with this family. Hopefully very good, "So, my dear…" I pause for just a moment, having never used the predictions on someone this much stronger than me. She doesn't reprimand me so I continue. "I was hoping to find a patron of sorts. Not that I exactly need one since I do have a good amount of money myself, but I was..." Ling-ling cuts me off.
"You want us for a little political awareness and protection. I get it." I just kind of nod, not really surprised. This is my first real negotiation. "So what can you offer?" I mentally cringe as I feel myself slipping into interview mode. "Well on top of the many talents I already have, and are still improving, I can offer drastic discounts on alchemic products," She cuts me off again.
"Those types of things will be a given. Let us discuss the specific things you offer us to back you." Oh I see what she is driving at. "Well I could restrict some things I can do and only offer them to you and those you approve. I can even demonstrate by making something as a test for you. I am sure I could also offer some kind of other benefits program for you specifically if you were so inclined for such a thing?" I figure if she was going to use the flirty bit earlier I might as well try and capitalize on it.
At first I thought I might have over stepped when she stood up and walked over to the door. The click of a lock told me otherwise as she turned around with a look in her eyes. She walked back over with a sway to her hips and took her seat again and leaned back now. "Oh really? You must be quite confidant." Should I be honest with her? I laugh. No, or at least not a complete lie...
"Oh well I don't know about all of that, but honestly? How could I not." Nothing has been outright said yet and with her superior strength alone makes me not be so bold in this position. "But perhaps that is something we could discuss later I suppose, business first and all of that." I try to steer the conversation back towards safer waters for the time being.

With that if anyone ever says discretion isn't the better part of valor I say they deserve what they get. I smile and nod, even though I do look her over a bit. "What exactly would you like for me to make?" I ask and then sit back, showing a confidence I know is a mix a truth and false I settle in.

She thinks for a moment and then shrugs. "How's about we start with something simple? I want a training spear for my daughter, Mimi? MIMI!" The shouted finally word froze any reply from me, even causing me to jump a little. That was nothing compared to the "Eep!" and accompanying crash makes me laugh so hard I nearly fall out of my seat. "Priceless!" Ling-Ling did not seem to share my amusement though and when the door opened a few short moments later Mimi stood there in the door way, her mother's glare and my amusement were all that greeted her. But there stood Totori's, one day, best friend. She dutifully stepped in, closed the door, and then approached her mother. The determined look on Mimi's face, guess she was always so intense?
Mimi stopped in front of her mother and just stood there quietly, watching her. This is clearly nothing new, but I guess Mimi doesn't care. "This is my daughter I spoke of, Alex." She moved her hand to Mimi, who looked over to me and bowed deeply as Ling-Ling continued. "Mimi, this is Mr. Crawferd." She rises from her bow and greets me obediently. "She uses a spear. Make her something she can use." She had her eyes on her daughter while she spoke, and then turned her attention to me. I nod for a moment and look at Mimi for a few moments, trying to consider some options, watching my percentages roll past with each thought. I tilt my head from one side and then to the other. Mimi starts to finally blush ever so slightly under my examining gaze. Well that took longer than I though. I then stand up, causing Mimi to jump a little at my sudden movement. Ling-Ling seem surprised as well but much less. "Very well, do you mind if I speak with her directly?"

She seems as if she is considering it for a moment and I am not really one hundred percent sure of why I got the affection with Ling-Ling but I sure hope it's because I am making sure she's fine with it. She then nods. "Yes. That is fine." She then gets up and leaves without another word, even when I asked where she was going. Odd, I turn back to Mimi and smile at her and she, a little shyly, smiles back. "So if you are ok with my calling you Mimi then I am ok with you calling me Alex." She looks at me for a moment as if I had spoken another language before she finally realized and smiled wider. "O-ok. That's fine." She said a little stronger. "So do you mind if I see the one you are using now?" She shakes her head and goes to the door and calls out. It doesn't take long for someone to be there and she tells them to go get her spear. She then swiftly closes the door and returns back to standing on the other side of the little table.
I look her over again, starting to consider making her more than just the spear. Mimi was always in my party when I could for Totori. She's great. I stand up and walk over to her, watching as her blush grew ever so slightly. I then kneel down right by her; she doesn't even flinch at this. “So is this what you normally wear to train in? I heard you outside when I was coming in." Her blush actually deepens a lot at this. I shift through my memories for a moment. Oh! Did she even think she was so amazing this far back? Embarrassed that she got caught training? She simply nods. "I see. Could you hold your arms out please?" As she does without even a questioning look I check over her measurements, she is really small and I can only make sure to make her an outfit that fits right with correct measurements.

I would say what the hell was that all about but I had a pretty good idea as my pants suddenly got a little tighter as I checked her over. It's crazy how those work. I become a little more thorough than is strictly required, Mimi says nothing, but her blush does deepen even further. Her mother and the maid both return at the same time.
Surprise, Panic Negated by [Gamer's Mind]
That really explained a lot though, I just calmly finished my check and Ling-Ling and the maid watched me for a moment with idol curiosity before Ling-Ling took her seat and the maid exited after handing me the spear. I look to Ling-Ling for a moment, trying to gauge her but honestly if anything was amiss then I can't tell one way or the other. I turn my full attention to the spear.
Skill Created!
Weapon Appraisal
The skill itself tells me that it is a pretty good quality, which honestly I didn't expect anything less to be honest. But that is it. I mean that works for its purpose but I guess I might as well wow them a little I guess. I need to find some better fabric. I offer the spear back to Mimi, who takes it from me gently. "Ok, I can make something no problem." They don't need to know the fact that it is already working. "There is only so much I can do right now and I assume you don't want it to be overly powerful either But she is adorable so I might just make it extra special just for her. I mean as special as I can so far."
Ling-Ling nods, "How long before delivery?" I think about it for a few minutes, over dramatizing my time calculations. "Twooo...Maybe three days." I say with a nod and then look to Mimi and then back to Ling-Ling. "Is that acceptable? If so we can discuss anything else at our next meeting or even after a trial period if you wish." I say with a simple disregard for the time they take to respond.

She takes in my casual disregard in kind and smiles, "That is acceptable. Perhaps once you return with the item we can revisit our prior discussion." She says with a flirty smile, Mimi doesn't respond at all. Is this the world modifier or is this just normal? I stand up and look to the two ladies and bow to them, fairly deeply, Ling-Ling standing and the two of them returning my bow, Mimi, deeper than me and Ling-Ling more shallow.
