_ Castit _
"How do I..." I lifted my head up and over to Setchi's loud mumbling before it drailed off into a softer one. I stared at him on the second couch, reading a book or ... look like he was trying to read the book without the help of Sutato's. He also looks like he was doing signs with his hands, trying to mimic the ones in the book ... probably. I shook my head slightly and gazed down at the carpet. I have some bad news to share.
Something happened to me in the hospital, something bizarre but familiar. I was in the medic bed, as usual, eating the crackers that Peruvian gave me. It was the moment before Neptune entered in. I was thinking as a normal person would, but ... I was thinking about the lies he's been pulling lately. It's been giving me suspicion and I wondered if he was doing something suspicious. I heard two voices, giving me a look around the room I was in. It wasn't in the room nor it was in my head. It felt like it was next to me in plain sight but it wasn't at all. It was a similar experience to when I heard Purity's, Winter's, and Carla's voices when they planned on that day before the night event.
So I assumed that and listened closely. One of those voices was Neptune's and another was unknown to me. I immediately assumed it was the wrong time when he mentioned "Back to your house" to the other person, thinking I was gonna hear something very ... horrible. I don't know how to describe it. But what I heard were two new unknown voices. One that sounded familiar to what that Bland guy speaks but more aggressively. But when that guy said "Demon Form" I knew what I was listening to was different than what I had in my head. Are these three folks Neptune meeting ... are demons? If so, why was he meeting with them...?205Please respect copyright.PENANAdPEmfGCl3r
I continued further in their conversation, saying how one feminine voice says "deal" while others did their reports of this plan they had. One stood out to me, one of them said 'icolk' which means Winter ... oh. Is that Bland guy a demon in disguise? Great. The reports ... were just us or the colony itself turning against my mother because of Aloe's banishment. This part confused me because I don't know what they were trying to do. Unless my theory of them ... trying to get the folk in the colony to turn against the leader and break apart the community ... in those rumors they planned. ... This looks troubling...205Please respect copyright.PENANA5uqmBFYrEl
The voices disappeared except for two, the same ones from the beginning. And then they disappeared and I forced myself to stop thinking about Neptune.
That's one way to activate a power that I never knew I could control on and off. And since that conversation happened, I can't ... I can't pretend around him anymore. Although I do wish there was a different way around this, I have to know why he's working with demons to turn against my mother. I don't want this colony to go to waste.
I lifted up my gaze as I was being stared at by the gonolk. "You know what, I'll do this later. You are my concern." Setchi said, closing the book and leaving it on the couch before walking over to the first couch that is across from where I sat.
"You don't need to worry about me, Setchi," I stated.
"Yes, I do. You're acting weird and it's making me assume it's that wolf's fault." He said, pointing at Neptune on the left of me. It is but I won't tell you. I'll confront him on my own time. Neptune was reading a book, trying to ignore us even though I could sense annoyance rise within him.
"And YOU put the book down! It's not nice to-"
"I'm reading until Paradise gets back with the food." Neptune interrupted him, not taking his eyes off the book.
Setchi growled as I saw smoke coming out of his nose. I sighed, gesturing for him to calm down. "No need to start a fight."
"I know. I know! I just ..."
"Yes, you don't trust Neptune, I got that part a million times." I gave him a look.
Setchi frowned at me before sitting down. "What's really bothering you, Castit?"
"Nothing is." I lied, shaking my head. "Well, maybe I lied there. I guess I'm bothered by the fact that Carla wants to bring in someone new to the group." I added on, lying once more.
"Well, aren't you protective of all of us," Neptune commented.
"You can take care of yourself." I gave him a look.
He looked up and over at me, frowning. "Aww, I'm not that part of the group?"
"No," I said. Not until you spill everything out you suspicious fox. "You still need to prove yourself worthy to us."
"Jeez, didn't know that was a requirement." He crossed his arms.
"It is and you have to prove it to all of us, not just him," Setchi added on. That's what I said, Setchi...
"I wonder how am I going to do that," Neptune said, rubbing his chin before turning his gaze over at some folks walking from the spiral staircase.
"And I have arrived with the treats!" Paradise announced.
"Yeah! BETTER APPRECIATE IT." Bambi shouted.
"Shut." Paradise glared at him before walking over to the table. They set down the large flat ... plate? I don't know what it's called, but it looked like a massive plate. There were cookies and cupcakes on it as I tilted my head, wondering where they got the idea to cook these. And how did they not burn down the entire house?
"Too much sugar," Neptune commented.
"oh SHUT." Setchi hissed.
I ... have to agree with him, it is too much sugar. I leaned back as Sutato placed the second large plate down with the drinks. He stood up and smiled at us as I nodded. "Where did you learn to cook?" I asked.
"Oh. Sutato knows how to." Paradise said.
I slowly looked over at him, widening my eyes in surprise. "Okay, you make clothes and ... know how to cook---"
"Oh, you don't know how to?" Neptune smirked at me.
"... I was---..." I trailed off, grumbling quietly. "It's just a shock that he has talents I never knew he would have," I said quickly. Don't tease me you damn fox.
"Makes me think he keeps surprising us. WHAT ELSE DO YOU KNOW?!" Setchi asked him, pointing his finger at him. Sutato just shrugged at him which made Setchi frown in defeat. "Okay, don't tell us your secrets then." He hissed like a snake this time. Sutato snorted and sat on the second couch.
"Alright children." Paradise glared at Setchi. "Should we wait for Carla and her friend?"
"You don't need to wait no more!" We all turned over to Carla's shout from the spiral staircase.
"Oh. Perfect timing." Paradise nodded before walking over to their chair. "BAMBI. No touching the cupcakes yet."
"awwww." Bambi frowned before getting snatched by Setchi. He placed him on his lap and hugged him. "LET ME GO DRAGONIE."
"Nope." Setchi smiled softly. Bambi continued to thrash around before slowing his movements and giving up soon after. Carla walked over to us with a cheerful smile as I sat up straight, preparing to meet this new friend.
"Jeez, you really should be this group's leader," Neptune whispered to me.
"And you should really stop talking, fox." I glared at him as he snickered.
"Alright~" He grinned before turning over to the new person. I widened my eyes at their appearance, realizing it wasn't someone new. It was Winter. I narrowed my eyes, becoming cold immediately. Carla frowned at my expression before turning over to Winter. "Yes. I brought Winter, mainly because she has something to say to you, Castit."
"Like what?" I asked coldly. I could see the damn fox flinching in the corner of my eye before hearing Setchi's snorts.
"An apology," Winter spoke, still cold as ever. Her face is so unreadable and hard to tell what she is thinking. Though it is easy to sense her emotions, she's a walking emotionless person. So, sensing an emotion from her is rare.
"You don't seem to be honest with the apology from the way you are talking." I pointed out. "You're supposed to feel sorry and guilty."
She frowned as I blinked in surprise, "I know. It's ... hard. But let me just say it so I can be on my way." She said.
I nodded slowly, gesturing for her to continue. A slight nervousness sprouted in her aura as she cleared her throat. "For the ways in the wilderness and not knowing ... about different parts of every folks' life, I fell in a ravine and realized I was doing something wrong to you. I was trying to make up for my actions when Purity hurt you at that time but ... I assumed I came at the wrong time for it. I thought long and hard on this and I think I am ready for what I am about to say next." She placed her hands on the couch's back and lowered her head until her forehead touched her hands. "I deeply apologize for my actions and any names I called you."
I blinked at her as I was confused by the pose she made. "It's an icolk thing, Castit," Neptune whispered to me. Oh. I slowly nodded, still surprised at what she said to me. I didn't realize she could apologise, by the way, I thought she would ignore the past issues and go on her selfish way. I tilted my head, sighing through my nose.
"You can forgive me whenever the moment is right." She finished, lifting her head up at me with a frown. I nodded. I'm ... I don't know if I'm ready to forgive you but I'll take your apology into account.

...
"Think I..." Winter trailed off, turning her gaze at Carla before turning back to me. "I'm not done yet."
"Oh?"
"It's ... nothing in the apology it's something ... major." She said.
Everyone's heads turned towards her as I narrowed my eyes. "Major as in what? A threat to the colony?" I asked.
Setchi turned towards me with wide eyes. "Yes." Winter nodded her head. "Nothing that humis could do but ... I think we're living in a colony that doesn't realize it has demons in it."
"... Explain more?" Setchi asked, looking back at her. "Do you know these demons and how did you realize there were demons in this colony?" I could sense a stern feeling from Setchi as the others had seriousness in their auras right after.
"Remember Bland?" Winter asked.
"Yes." Carla nodded.
"Bland is a demon in disguise. My ... forced mentor sort to speak." Winter said, continuing when she turned back to me. "Bland's a bit stupid ... but I think he believed that I wouldn't do anything after he threatened me to not tell his identity to anyone. Whoops. I did a bad thing against his deal but then again, I broke his deal before telling you guys this. He ... tried to convince me of his plans of turning everyone against each other in this colony. I didn't want to. I didn't want to ruin it for you guys but I think it's a danger that he and two other demons are doing this."
"... I fell for a demon?" Carla looked shocked and disgusted.
"You didn't know, Carla. It was just his fake personality you fell for." Winter told her.
"Ew." Carla shuddered.
"This is bad if demons are threatening to destroy the colony from the inside out." Paradise hissed. "I've seen some great folks here who don't deserve that."
"Yeah. I don't think we need to see more colonies get destroyed." Setchi nodded, turning back to Winter.
"What does he looks like? So we can track him down and stop him." Paradise said.
I slowly turned over to Neptune who looked surprised but I know that was a lying expression if I ever saw one. I narrowed my eyes, gripping the couch's seat tightly. "I... don't want to stop a demon, we don't know how powerful they are," Winter said.
"You could freeze him up in a block of ice." Setchi pointed out. "That's how you stop him."
Winter glared down at him as he squealed, "Oooor, we can think of something else." He said quickly.
"Besides, he's not the only one trying to destroy the colony. I said that two other demons were helping him. I don't know the other two's names. Bland's true name is Aoyko." Winter answered.
"He's bland with names." Paradise shook their head.
"Was-"
"There is no time to be joking around." Winter hissed.
"Relax, Winter," Carla said, placing a hand on her shoulder. "We can sort this out, we're just making fun of how he could come up with a better name than that."
Paradise nodded as Winter slowly nodded, "I guess ... I'll agree he could have come up with something better than that."
"So, how are we going to do this--- infact, why are they doing this?" Paradise asked, getting up to their feet.
"I don't know probably for entertainment." Winter shrugged.
"... Don't you have something to say, Neptune?" I asked. Neptune slowly looked at me, confused. I won't allow you to sit in silence. "Don't you know about this ... "demon business?"'
"... No." He lied as I gave him a look. He frowned and lowered his ears. "... You're really going to turn this friendship into a mess if you continue pointing this out."
I glared at him, "I keep pointing this out because I'm TIRED OF YOUR LIES." I snapped at him. "It's bothering me to the point I keep pointing this out. That's why we're not friends yet, that's why you're not a part of the group."
He glared back at me, pinning his ears down. "... I'm sorry I keep lying to you but you shouldn't really---"
"I shouldn't focus on it huh? Bitch please, I'm not going to stop that fucking attitude of mine. Fucking tell them about the demons because I know you had a conversation with them days ago." I hissed.
He gave me a sneer, turning away and glancing at everyone who was glaring down at him. He hissed and glared back at me before sighing in annoyance. He turned back to the others, opening his mouth to speak. "Alright fine! You caught me there. I am lying about how I met up with the demons, but that is not entirely my fault."
"You didn't tell us about this. If you wanted to be proven to be trusted in this group, you better wanna be truthful to everything you say." Setchi hissed. "That is the reason why I still don't trust you."
"Glad we have Castit here to prove if you're lying or not," Paradise said, glaring at him.
"Shut it you guys, I wanna hear what you have to say about the demons' plans. Infact, did you plan this?" Carla asked, looking annoyed. "About the whole, turning one folk against another?"
"No," Neptune said which shocked me out of the room. I widened my eyes at him as everyone followed the same thing with my expression.
"He's not lying about that?!" Setchi asked, shocked. ... I'm surprised that's not a lie. My detector isn't sensing that one was a lie. ... So ... why is he with the demons in the first place?
"This is all the demons' plans," Neptune said.
"Then why were you with them in the first place?" Carla asked.
"Because they kidnapped me." He answered.
"... That isn't a lie," I told the group. How do a bunch of demons kidnap you?!
"... Well, serves you right for lying," Setchi grunted, folding his arms.
Carla smacked his face as she continued. "Why did they kidnap you? To join forces with them?"
"Demons are power-hungry creatures ... they will do everything in their power to grab the strongest weapon or ... person, in this case, to be on their side to whatever they're doing. And yes ... they sort of "forced" me to join with them." He answered.
"Another lie?" Paradise asked me.
"Nope." I shook my head. He's telling the truth and I'm surprised he's not dodging his way out of this one.
"What do you mean by force?" Winter asked, narrowing her eyes.
"Threatening me as usual," Neptune answered, shrugging.
"... The same thing that Aokyo did to me," Winter said quietly.
"So this Aokyo guy likes to threaten people to get his way, huh?" Carla asked, folding her arms.
"You could say so." Neptune nodded slowly, looking down at the table. "But ... I also want to add onto that "forced" bit. They did force me with threatening means, however, I didn't really go along with their plan at all."
"But you had to. From every meeting you gather with them, you had to." Carla said.
"True... but I said the same things as they did but worded it differently. In the beginning, Aoyko forced me to spill information ... though that changed when I constantly began to tease him. Maybe add in a little flirting method and soon I wasn't required to go first anymore. Though, then again, I didn't even get a chance to report in the meetings later on. Surprising isn't it?" He snorted.
"So then ... you're not required to go then," Carla said.
"Well, he has his brother to come and still get me." He answered. "So, I'm apparently still required to go to the meetings. And I rather have it like that."
"... So they're just trying to break the colony apart?" Winter asked, interrupting Setchi from speaking out.
"Yes. Basically spreading rumors about the enchanters especially. So ... any enchanter in the colony." Neptune said. "I'd say their plan is a revenge one since ... there was a war between the demons and the enchanters. So they're trying to get their revenge on the enchanters. But since the last meeting talked about Aloe's banishment, some disagreed with Aurora's decisions on that. So ... there may be some drama happening to Aurora. Better wanna keep an eye on her, Castit." He gazed at me before turning back to the others.
"Okay, this is the chance where we can run away and find a different colony." Setchi offered.
"No. Not now we will." Paradise denied Setchi's offer.
"Yeah ... I wanna save the folks here," Carla said. "Demons are a no go here."
"We can just out them and banish them from the colony," Winter suggested.
"But will that keep them away from the colony?" Carla asked.
"It probably will."
"As much as that plan will go, it may get Neptune banished from the colony from working with the demons. The demons might point him out and have him get banished as well." I pointed out.
"So? Let him get banished!" Setchi hissed. "He deserves it!"
"This is why you're opinions aren't heard, Setchi," I told him coldly. "They're always violent."
Setchi frowned at me, lowering his head. "I mean, there is no reason to defend the wololk. If he gets to point out, we better not stop him." Paradise said, waving a hand in the air. "It's his fault for continuing working with the demons."
"Exactly, why should we care about him?" Winter asked.
"No." I turned over to Sutato's voice who voiced in. He was glaring straight at Winter as she slowly turned over to his glare. He shook his head and frowned at me. "Not fault."
"I mean, he lied Sut," Setchi said.
"Yeah... you can't really defend the wololk here," Carla said.
"Not fault, no bad!" Sutato hissed. "He's not bad!"
I narrowed my eyes slowly, rubbing my chin slightly. I was told that he said the same thing to my sister. Saying how she's still good, which is true. He probably still knows that Neptune can change his ways and that he still has time. "Let's not discuss Neptune's faith here," I said loud and clear. "I'll decide what to do with him."
"Alright, but it better be away from this group." Setchi hissed.
"I don't see you being in charge anytime soon, kid." I glared at him coldly as Setchi dropped the attitude.
"Ya see, this is why you should be the leader," Paradise said to me.
"Stop mentioning it and maybe I won't be." I glared at them.
"Okay." They nodded, looking away from me.

...
I leaned against the wall, tapped my foot, and turned over to the opening the door. I stood up from it and stepped away when Neptune stared at me with a surprised look. "You want to talk to me, don't you?" He asked, stepping out of the bathroom. "Go ahead I guess." He grumbled, looking away. We were still in Paradise's house, just on the first floor.
"... When there is a chance to stop lying about who you are?" I asked.
"Whenever the chance comes. It's not now." He answered, glaring at me. "Apparently me lying bothers you."
"I mean if someone lied to you every single time, wouldn't you be bothered by that?" I asked, a little annoyed.
"I won't lie to you every time." He protested. "It's only when it is needed."
"You don't need to hide who you are," I said. "But fine, go on and continue doing so."
He pinned his ears, looking like he wanted to say something else to this conversation. "Why aren't you going with what the others say about me?" But he didn't.
I bit my lip and looked away from him. "... I still want to give you a chance, maybe ... I still see some good parts within you, and ... well ... I don't want to see them go to waste."
"Oh. Does that mean you enjoy my company, even when I lie and break your trust every time?" He asked.
"You haven't yet, I haven't put my full trust in you yet," I answered. "But ... yes, I do ... enjoy your company." And I hate how things are like this. You can choose to not lie and stop pretending to be a fake friend. ... That's all I want for you but I know that's just a dream goal. I know it won't happen, it's just a wish I want.
He slowly frowned and looked away from me. "I kind of want to go back home."
"You can if you want, nothing is stopping you," I said, looking back at him. You can go back and relax there, no one will insult you there.
"... I meant ... it's not the house we share, it's ... my home that is far away from here." He slowly turned back to me. "I want to go there and just ... hide away from everything that's been ... up in the air for so long. Especially when it's around me and ... I just want to take a break from it."
"... As I said, you can go," I said. Don't we all? But life doesn't work like that, we're in this forever war with the humans and you can't take a break from it at all.
"... I don't want to." He spoke, turning and walking away from me. "It's not going to change anything about any of this."
"But you can make the change. If you step forward on the next path to change something, it's your decision to alter that path ahead of you." I said, slowly walking over to the spiral staircase.
"I don't think I can do that yet." He turned towards me. "All I can do is follow orders.
"Then follow mine, try to help against the demons and the dangers that happen to the others," I told him, halting by the spiral staircase.
He gave me a look, "... I-"
"You didn't mean that?" I interrupted him, smirking. "You could have specified that, but I know you won't go that far into your life. You don't need to if you don't trust me yet. You got time, if I don't see you up here with the others then I'll see you back at the house." I turned and walked up the staircase. I didn't turn back to see him following behind me. It's his choice if he wants to or not. I arrived on the second floor, glancing over at the shouting.
I narrowed my eyes and marched over, hearing the conversation clearly. "But she can't be trusted if we bring her here. She's just gonna tell on somebody." I heard Paradise say. "Sut, can you explain why you ... don't seem to dislike Purity?"
I halted by the second couch, turning down to Sutato who looked panicked. He turned his head away from Paradise as I gazed over. "We're starting arguments?" I asked.
"Sut brought up Purity when you were away. He ... apparently wants to change how she is. News flash, you can't." Setchi explained.
"But you can." I said.
Setchi stared at me with confusion. "... I'm sure you can't." He said slowly.
"If you can that is, Castit," Carla said, sitting on the third couch. "Then I'll be happy to have the old Purity back."
"The old Purity seems like someone who continues to be that secretive person," Winter commented. I'm surprised she hasn't left yet.
"At least ... before we all lost Tyler," Carla said. "That was the old Purity."
I frowned, disagreeing with Carla's statements. I would love to go back to the times when we were close to one another. That is when the group was at its good peak. I turned over to the presence at the spiral staircase, seeing Neptune standing there with a frown. He slowly padded over to me, eyeing the others. I turned my head back to them, tilting my head. I'm glad I remember the moment when my sister isn't possessed like the one we currently have. I'm so glad I didn't forget that memory. I need it for times like these.
"Why is he---"
"I think there's a way to change Purity's attitude," I said, interrupting Setchi. He was glaring at Neptune, who was by my side. "Annndd ... I'm so disappointed that you never listened to Sutato, Setchi." I gave him a look. "Or any of you."
"... Don't you dare say that Purity HAS some good in her," Paradise asked, glaring at me.
"You're an Elemental, you're supposed to tell if it is GOOD in someone's heart," I said, glaring back at them.
Paradise blinked and frowned, "All I saw was evil in her. Trust me, all I saw was evil in her."
I dropped my glare and tilted my head. That's what I felt for her when I sensed the good energy from my sister. Did she put an enchantment on there where it blocks the elemental's ability out? Or ... it could be the entire person she changed about my sister. I blinked, remembering my mother being affected by Aloe's enchantments. Oh ... damn. Does she do that to her family members to get her way?
"...Castit?" I turned over to Carla's voice. "Do you think she has some good in her?"
"This may sound crazy but yes. And I need to ask you a question, Neptune." I turned towards him.
Neptune narrowed his eyes, lifting his head up. "What is it?"
"I'm not so sure if you have an enchantment book- I'm sure you do with so many books filling that bookshelf back home. But ... is ... there an enchantment where the user can alter a target's entire persona? Their mind, personality, anything of that person?" I asked.
Neptune widened his eyes slowly, drooping his ears. "I've ... read about it ... thinking it was ... fake ... Are you telling me Aloe did that to Purity?" He asked.
"WHAT?!" Carla shouted, getting up to her feet.
"So it is in an enchantment book. Why the hell is it in a book? That's one dangerous enchantment that shouldn't be in there." I hissed.
"You don't say." He rolled his eyes. "So, we're dealing with a mind-controlled Purity."
"And Mother."
"Oh god."
"We have to stop this!" Carla shouted. "Right here and right now!"
"To do that, we have to lure Purity to u- ... wait. How do we even stop it?" I asked, looking confused.
"There is a thing called "Enchantment Erase," I can teach it to you if you want," Neptune said quietly.
I slowly stared at him, widening my eyes. "You-"
"'You have to be an enchanter to learn enchantments.' You kind of don't. You can use enchantments without being an enchanter by the way. Trust me, I've done it before. Such as the immunity for enchantment." He said.
"Let's keep him in the group, he's useful," Setchi said.
"NO. We're not using him as a tool." I shot a glare at him. "That is one of the worse things you can do."
"I don't see the wrong in that." Setchi shrugged.
"I don't want to use the guy as a tool." Carla shook her head. "As much as I don't trust him ... I'm not going to use him as a tool. He's still a living being, Setchi."
"Not to me," Setchi said coldly.
"That is mean," Neptune said, turning to glare at him. "Not treating someone as a living being?"
"I mean ... wololks are dirty fuckers."
"OKAY. Back to the plan." I hissed, pointing at Setchi. "You shut it before I send your ass downstairs and away from this plan."
"Fiinnne," Setchi whined.
Oh, don't fucking whine you baby. Maybe I should kick your ass downstairs right now. I shook my head and focused back on the topic. "Well, since that is a thing. We can lure Purity to us since she seems SO INTERESTED still in this group."
"That's a good plan." Winter nodded.
"But I have to warn you guys about her," I said. "She won't know any of you but for me. She only remembers the time of our youth which is a long time. Along with how dangerously long she's been under the enchantment."205Please respect copyright.PENANAae2aOBT5Vr
"So ... we will have to reintroduce ourselves to her?" Carla asked, looking shocked and sad.
"Yes." I nodded.
"Aloe is an evil person," Winter commented.
"Of course she is! She has evil filled in her heart!" Paradise hissed. "Speaking of which, you said your mother is part of the enchantment too. How are we going to do her?"
"... I could probably do it on my own," I said. "I ... Hmmm... I can probably ask to walk with her and do the thing if ... you are willing to teach it to me, Nep."
Neptune nodded to me. "I am."
"First off, how many enchantments you know?" Setchi glared at Neptune.
"Setchi." I glared at him like a mother to her child.
"I just want to know!"
"You can know at a different time!" I hissed.
"OKAY." He grumbled like a child, folding his arms.
"Disappointment has fallen in me for you than ever before, Setchi," Winter said.
"I don't care," Setchi grunted.
I walked around Neptune and over to Setchi, glaring him down as he glared back at me. "Of course, you don't care. Your mind is too wrapped up in trust issue land. You don't need your mind to be wrapped up in that type of mess. If you do let it happen, then you'll end up like Purity's bad decisions. Or ... let me put it this way. Differ Purity's bad decisions. We don't need you to make the wrong decisions and then severely regret it when it happens. I understand why you don't trust Neptune all the way, I understand that bit. Though you have to understand that if you take a strike against those thoughts in your head, you might be making a huge decision that will change everyone around you."
I could sense some guilt rising within Setchi as he struggle to hold back the frown that wanted to slip in. "... I-I I'm just looking out for the group."
"In an almost negative way," I said. And annoying too. "Let's try to be civil rather than wild and fierce. I know gonolks are like that but I know you can learn and try again."
"You don't know that gonolks are like that."
"That is true, but there's an annoying little shit gonolk right in front of me that is driving me up the damn walls," I said, glaring him down.
Setchi squealed, scooting away from me. "I'm sorry!"
"Learn and try again."
He nodded quickly, "I will. I will. I will try to learn from my mistakes."
"Good," I said, leaning back and breathing out all of my anger, calming myself down afterwards.
"So. Will we try the plan tomorrow?" Paradise asked after that moment of silence They looked surprised before nervousness took cover. No need to be.
"Try to get on Purity's side and ... say along the lines of ... my mother getting onto you guys. Maybe then, she should believe you if she's that stupid." I said. "I'm not so sure how long learning this enchantment would take me." I turned over to Neptune.
"Might take a while but ... I want to believe it won't be hard for you since you're from an enchanter family." He said. "... I don't know enough genetics in enchanter families if it'll work or not."
"Let's take a week, a week to gain my ... fake sister's trust. Then we'll see if it'll work by then."
