Holi is the most prominent festival of Sanatan Dharama (Hindu) religion. When the name Holi comes in our mind is directly associates with an illusion of colors but it’s a general perspectives about the Holi however who believe and faith as a Sanatan Dharama follower knows that the festival is not only about the Colors but it’s about the ancient religious history of a victorious truth on cruelty and evil and Pakistan was the land where the religious festival originated.

In ancient era of Satyayuga (first yuga among the fourth yuga concept of Hindus), Demon King Hiranyakashyup who was also leading Asurr (Demon’s League) at that time and he powered by a boon from Lord Brahma of granted him a customized immortality. The son of King Hiranyakashup little Prahlada from the childhood he denied to accept his father so called lordship and totally rejected his cruelty. Parhalada faith in Lord Vaishnu causing raise in anger in Hiranyakashyup and he planned several tactics to kill his own son as he refused to accept his father supremacy.

Holika, sister of King Hiranyakashyup also powered a boon by her strong devotion and worship that she got privilege from fire as she will not charred by fire. Holika got order by her brother to charred his little nephew by getting him on her lap on bonfire as he failed to kill him by every ways. Holika as per her brother’s instruction did the same but the boon not supported her evil desires and instead to harm little innocent Prahlada the bonfire burned out the Holika.

The word of Holi derived from the defeat of Holika and actually it was not a defeat however it was also supremacy of truthiness over Evil and meaningful worship of Lord Vishnu by the Little Bhakt Prahalada. From the day the followers of Sanatan Dharama celebrates Holi tehwar by staging bonfire with all religious rituals and believing in only supremacy of truth and peace.

Holi Festival celebrates in 2 days of activities, the first day of Holika Dhaan as the symbolic day Holi on the full moon of the Phalguna Month of its 15^th day. And the second day known as Dhulandi the day when Hindus played with colours. Dhulandi celebrates after Dwapar Yuga (second yuga among the four yuga) when Lord Krishna Killed Pootna (Demoness) who motive of killed infant Krishna by her poisoned milk.

Defined location of Prahladapuri was “Mula Asthana” now a days known as Multan in Provence of Punjab, Pakistan. Globally the world recognizes two major Hindu festivals one is Holi and other is Deewali. Although many of us are not aware about the irrational history of Hindu Festival that’s started by our own land.
