We decided to go on a date like Peter's Mom suggested, but only if it was the five of us going. Luckily, I hadn't gotten dressed for the day, so I could get changed into something nice. I decided to do something with my long hair, so I looked up how to braid hair on my phone and I did a pretty good job for my first time.
When I was all ready to go, Peter was waiting for me at the door. His eyes sparkled when he saw me.
"You look beautiful, Connie," Peter said as he reached out his hand. I grabbed his hand and Peter smiled. "They're waiting in the car."
"You ready, Peter?" I asked. Peter nodded and we left. All five of us went to an amusement park, something neither Connie nor I had ever been to. Peter's mama paid for all five of us and when we got into the park Peter's Mama stopped us.
"We'll be with Jesse in the part for little kids," Peter's Mama said, she handed Peter two envelopes, "There's one for each of you. We'll meet you two at the food court for dinner at 18. We'll be going now, have fun you two." She left with Peter's Mom and Jesse and it was just the two of us. Peter handed me the envelope that had my name on it. I opened it to find a bunch of money in it. I quickly put it into my pocket and turned back to Peter, who looked confused but he had also put the envelope away.
"Let's go find things that I can do," I said. Peter looked at me and smiled. Peter took my hand and we went to find a ride that I could go on whilst pregnant. We went on every ride that I could go on. We went on the Ferris wheel twice, because it was a good place to kiss.
"If only we could go back home by ourselves to make out," Peter said. He looked like he had an idea and he looked at me with a smirk.
"What is that face for?" I asked.
"There's a bathroom that people rarely go to," Peter said, "Why don't we go make out in there? We're both guys so it shouldn't be a problem going in and out." I was not expecting that suggestion.
"You really want to kiss that badly, huh?" I asked.
"Yeah," Peter said, "And I didn't want to embarrass you like the day I marked you."
"Okay," I said, "There's really nothing else we can do that we haven't already done and I did want to kiss you more too." Peter led the way to the bathroom in a secluded place and I was surprised that it was very clean inside, because I had figured that it wasn't cleaned often due to it's obscure location. We went in one of the stalls and had a make out session. It was going great, until my phone started ringing. It was my Uncle the lawyer again.
"You should answer it," Peter said. I sighed and answered it.
"Hello," I said.
"Connie, I'd like to hear your opinion," my Uncle said.
"On the funeral?" I asked, "I don't plan on going."
"I understand," my Uncle said, "But that wasn't what I was going to ask."
"Then, what were you going to ask?" I asked.
"It's about your sister," my Uncle said, "I'm sure you heard that her engagement was broken. Is it alright if my wife and I take her in when she leaves the hospital? Would that be troublesome for you?"
"I don't see the problem here," I said, "She needs someone to care for her, just as much as Jesse and I do, especially after what Mother pulled. I'm glad that you're willing to care for her. And I'm sorry but I refuse your help to care for me, because I feel like it's probably easier for me to stay with the Nekotama family, rather than having to move far away and only visit once in a while. I am only a teenager, so I can understand that you're worried about me, but I feel safe with them already and I feel like I'd have a lot of support here after I have the twins."
"I understand, Connie," my Uncle said, "Thank you for your opinion and explanation. I wasn't really expecting you to decide to come with me, but I was hoping you would. I'll let you go, then. Have a good day."
"You have a good day too," I said, "Bye."
"Bye," Uncle said and he hung up. I put my phone away after I noticed the time was 17:30 and was about to leave the bathroom when I heard a noise in a different stall. I noticed that there was a slightly open stall next to the one I was just in where Peter was playing a game on his phone.48Please respect copyright.PENANAwWgBeIHJ8g
"Are you done?" Peter asked.
"Yeah," I said. Peter closed his phone and put it away.
"Good," Peter said, "I kept getting stuck in the same place in that stupid game. Can we do a bit more than kissing?"
"No way," I said, "Kissing and making out is one thing, but anymore than that is no go, especially at this exact moment."
"What do you mean by 'this exact moment'?" Peter asked.
"We have to go back to meet with your Moms and Jesse," I said, "We're actually running late." Peter's eyes widened and we bolted to the place where we were going to meet up with them.
When we got there, Mama was angry. No, she was furious.
"I told you 18, why are you here fifteen minutes late?" Mama asked.
"I got called by my Uncle again," I said, "But we were on the other side of the park, so when I got off the phone, we ran here."
"Oh?" Mama said, "I thought that you two were just goofing off and not caring about the time."
"Mama, it's really true," Peter said.
"Connie's no liar," Jessie said.
"Okay," Mama said, "I'll believe you. Let's get dinner and head home."
Jessie and I ended up falling asleep on the ride home.
