Howzit going?! Check out my newest book for the Unbroken series on Amazon. Also, check out my other novel "A Country Not your Own." I love Christ and fellowship and animals and am a future veterinarian. I also love horseback riding, reading, photography and of course, WRITING. Some of my favorite genres are dystopia, romance, adventure, and bildungsroman (coming-of-age). I also enjoy anime and mangas. All of these are reflected in the Unbroken series. Some of my favorite authors are: Erin Hunter (Warrior Cats series), Veronica Roth (Divergent), Kiera Cass (Selection Series), Jane Austen, and Alice Hoffman (the foretelling). I am part Native American and African American and love reflecting these in my novels.

"It takes a village to raise a child. It takes a child with autism to raise the consciousness of a village." - quote by Coach Elaine Hall

Madhuri. Bhalo naam. That is my "good" name. I am no average seventeen year old. I come from a prestigious family that established itself here in America before I was born.  Although our parents grew up dedicated to traditions, there is nothing traditional about us. We live in a hotel. My sister and I wear tank tops and ripped jeans, are adventurous and passionate. Frankly, our family is kind of dysfunctional. But that is only a part of my story.

Mou. daak naam. That is my "secret name" that he whispered to me the first night he said he loved me. Our story is how I fall in love with an autistic Italian photographer named Rizzo, how against all odds of culture and crisis we make our love strong, and how our love comes to inspire the world.
