Rascal wasn't kidding.
He just stood there in silence, looking at his nails.
Natarii waited for him to so something- or say anything. But he waited. He refused to move, say anything, or look at her. Rascal waited and waited, until Natarii wanted to smite him. How does he have so much patience? It's not like she knew how to fight! How do you fight other elves?! It didn't make sense! As her emotions rose, the tip of her finger had a warm, tingling sensation. Natarii looked down to see it glowing lavendar- Rascal finally glanced up, then looked back down.
"It's not like you know how to use it." He commented, looking bored and unworried.
Students shifted uncomfortably, waiting for him to beat her to dust- but nothing happened. Finally, with no effort, his finger flickered a gold color- covering his hand in pearly flames that flickered like opals. "You're taking too long."
He threw them. The flames... were fast. They seared the landscape within a matter of seconds. Natarii paled and threw up her hands-
The lavendar glow increased, glowing brighter. A soft purple forcefield shoved itself infront of the flames and took the hit, shattering on impact. The fire dissipated in rainbow shimmers, leaving a surprised class and... a bored Rascal. How is he still bored?!
He flicks his gold finger again, sending gold flames barreling towards Natarii, who stared at her finger and sort of pointed it, hoping something would happen.
Bingo.
It happened again. Rascal shakes his head, "How amazing. You can put up a small forcefield. Anything else? I'm bored."
Obviously.
Natarii's face flushes, causing dark purple sparks to flash out of her glowing finger, "Sh-shut up! All you do is throw fire!" Rascal tilts his head, "It works. Doesn't it?"
He wasn't wrong.
Inyusoka stops the match.
"Time is up!"
