There is a moment, 771Please respect copyright.PENANAjViZZ7kxSp
A split second, 771Please respect copyright.PENANAJIH7qtxrBT
Between birth, 771Please respect copyright.PENANAWfgGZUUZoV
And death, 771Please respect copyright.PENANAkB2qP6ccrP
That is called life.
Everything you have ever done, 771Please respect copyright.PENANAYm1DQ6vxuX
Everyone you have ever loved, 771Please respect copyright.PENANADL3L3URxCc
Everything, 771Please respect copyright.PENANANzSmLfOxZS
Occurred in that moment.
Whether it be, 771Please respect copyright.PENANAtvHchhnwTc
One year, 771Please respect copyright.PENANAkE5J0GfomX
Ten years, 771Please respect copyright.PENANACWoH2xNkDH
Fifty years, 771Please respect copyright.PENANA88Ut1PJdas
Or a hundred,
It was only a moment. 771Please respect copyright.PENANAia716ORGpu
But though that may be, 771Please respect copyright.PENANANWfUrFemHZ
The nature of mortality, 771Please respect copyright.PENANALKAaJMdllV
There is more to life, 771Please respect copyright.PENANAlM5NJIKGgv
Than death.
And though that might seem empty, 771Please respect copyright.PENANA0SyMJ0hgDw
Know that all life, 771Please respect copyright.PENANAAbRUHo2dlD
Exists the same, 771Please respect copyright.PENANAwRqM1AqdIc
Ends the same.
So live your life, 771Please respect copyright.PENANAJWXAp9Ds5r
Because only you can live your moment.
The Nature of Mortality was inspired by that line in Interstellar (2014) where Matt Damon screams, "There is a moment-" and is imploded by incorrectly attaching an airlock. After all the jokes about the "genius astronaut who couldn't operate an airlock properly," I wrote the line on a piece of paper and stared at it for five minutes. And at the end of the five minutes, this happened. I hoped you liked it, despite the implications of it.
