Mining contractors in Columbia are infected with a parasitic fungus that incites a ravenous fervor in its victims A few miners and the hired gunmen sent to rescue them survive by descending into the mine while the jungle teems with creatures. After two months underground they make a break for a dirt airstrip - and for home. They begin to discover just how far it has spread, and how Virulent it has become.

In 1793, Yellow Fever decimated the U.S. population. Victims were quickly buried to prevent its spread - not all of them were dead. Some were buried with bells to ring in the case they awoke in their coffins, needing to be rescued. They often were, except for those unfortunate enough to be heard only by the gravedigger, Terrance Bellamy. Their salvation was never a guarantee.

As a nation rebuilds after an apocalyptic event, one region - isolated and lawless - is abadoned, forgotten, contained. Until now.

A community of survivors lives within the stone walls of a large cemetery. When they are attacked, the threat of being overwhelmed becomes very real. They're best chance of survival is a wheelchair confined marksman
