"Hey, he's waking up."
"Don't stand too close to him, he might still be in a punching mood."
"Apollo? You okay?"

I jolt up in a cold sweat, the wind sliding off my body and going towards the window that was cracked open.
"What happened? Did a couple of boxes knock me out?"
"You don't even remember what happened?"
"No. Did I get hurt badly? Did I hurt someone badly!?" I exclaimed the last part, however, my throat ached on those final words, having a noticeable strain in the middle of my throat.
"Is something wrong with your throat?" Moe's voice made me jump, barely noticing he was there since his sister was doing all the talking.
"Yeah, it feels like I haven't had water in years." I mustered out with the grips of my voice I still had trying to respond and understand the full situation.
"Tina, would you mind getting him some water?" Moe's voice gently said towards the sweet sister, who just nodded her head and left the room.
"Mo-"
"Apollo. Before you say a word. What the fuck is wrong with you?" There was no joke behind those words. No sympathy, no care, they hurt because he wanted them to hurt. Or at least, that was the tone he gave off.
"Moe, please tell me what happened. I can't take it anymore. Did I get hurt badly? Or did I hurt someone? Did I hurt Tina!?" I coughed up at the final part, barely able to handle all the words I'm saying, let alone talk any louder than the tone I set myself at.
Moe's expressions are usually really easy to tell, you know what he's thinking or feeling. His face, besides it being half-burned and his beard being very scruffy, his expression we're always boring and only really changes when he is flustered.
So, to see him with a face full of confusion, anger, and something else I just couldn't make it out. One thing dawned on me. I'm totally fucked.
"You... just killed a random dog. It was so fast and strong that I couldn't even see it before you did it. Why?"
"I- I-"
"Answer me."
"I don't know. I just don't know. I can't remember anything!"
"Are you... a threat to me and my sister?"
"No!" My throat practically slapped me for yelling that time. I have to remember to keep it low or I might lose all the voice I have left.
"Okay. I'm sorry. Kind of. Damn, Apollo. Don't ever scare me like that ever again."
I get it now. The emotion that was missing. It was fear.
"I'm sorry."
"In any consultation, that little rabbit didn't get hurt."
"Rabbit?"
"Yeah, I think that was the main reason you did it."
"Why would I care about some rabbit? No offense to the rabbits and all."
"Don't ask me. Ask yourself."
He's right. This is kind of my issue.
"Here, Apollo. Take this water."
"Thanks! You're a lifesaver!" I then proceeded to chug down the water like it was the last cup on earth. Each sip glided down my throat, yet the feeling never truly went away.
"Feel better?"
"Yup! Thanks!" Even though it didn't help me a whole lot and it strained my vocal cords, I had to say it did. I like Tina. Wait. I like Tina? Am I in love?
"Well, that's good to hear. Now. I love you guys and all but... I really want to go to sleep. So, you can either stay over in my living room or... leave."
"Unfortunately, we both have work tomorrow. Ready to leave Apollo? Can you walk?"
"Of course. I just passed out. It happens." I say standing up only being a little wobbly. That's when Tina looked at me before laughing incredibly hard.
"You're funny, Apollo. Are you sure you guys don't want to spend the night here? How important is your work anyways? We can make your favorite sandwiches, Mo."
"It all sounds very tempting but, tomorrow is a big day for the company so we can't be late. However, if the offer is still on the table... How about later tomorrow?"
"Okay then. Apollo, you stay."
"Okay."
"Apollo as in we I mean both me and you. You're also not staying the night with my sister, without me here."
"Aww come on Mo. What do you think will happen?" Tina's words, seemed to poke fun at him.
"Nope. Also Apollo you have that meeting."
"Meeting? Oh right! The meeting! Aw rats! I wanted to stay though."
"You can stay tomorrow. If that's fine with Tina of course."
"The doors always open."
"With me being there of course!"
"Yeah, yeah." I and Tina agreed in a monotone way.
"Well, with that all being said, let's hurry back."
"Okay then! Bye, Tina! Thanks for everything!"
"I'm the one who should be thanking you."
"All right. No more bonding moments. Let's go. Later, Tina. Get good sleep."
"Bye Mo. Get good sleep."
