With the two blondes, despite Claire's worries, everything is set up. It looks magical, if Disney did baby showers this would be it. The fairy lights twinkle all the way through the kitchen out onto the terrace where Jay has fired up the two barbecues. The balloon arch is a great place to take pictures. All of the balloons are colour coordinated and our normal oak dining table has been transformed with cotton table cloths and sprinkles of confetti. Food, appetisers and alcohol are all in place and the music is on.

"Yes, your father will be here soon" Claire is saying to Jay and I smile always enjoying being around his family. Claire lounges back on the terrace set, as Jay tends the BBQ. Ross has been watching me as if I'm about to pop at any minute, seated opposite me.

"I'm going to change" I explain getting up off of my seat and heading for the bedroom. I had purchased a pale blue silk halter neck gown and I'm determined to get it on. It has pearlescent buttons at the back and flows to the floor. Of course I'm going to wear heels with it, why not? I will be refreshing my makeup and curling my hair too. You only get one first baby shower, right?

Jay assists me up the stairs, and I'm beginning to wish our place had lifts just like the apartment Jay had when I first met him. He smiles as I sit on the bed and pull my bikini top off.

I pull my makeup out of my bag and get set on applying foundation and bronzer. Having set my foundation. I give myself a Smokey eye and a nude lip. Spritz myself with Jay's favourite perfume and then I'm ready to be dressed.

"Ohh it's button up" he says feeling over my bum and the back of the garment. I smile innocently and he turns me around and gets to work at the buttons. It fits wonderfully. The silk is cool against my skin as he pulls the top up over my chest and ties it around my neck securely.
