The people were struggling to scrape by with their poverty and their oppression. But the Forest glowed beyond the fields and villages. The Forest that was the only thing the nobles feared.

For it's powers and it's magic did not belong to them.

But the young woman with the dark hair and eyes, as much as the prince wanted her, she belonged to the Forest. And she would use the powers it gave her.

Everyone has a story to tell, made from the moments in the lives we share. Consequently, every person has their own perspective, their own subjective experiences, and thereby, their own subjective realities. Even if the exact same story is told by two people, the details from one will differ in the other.

Reed and Lumina share their lives together, but each of them came from different backgrounds; each of them went through their own unique experiences. Reed is a human being like everyone else on Earth. Lumina is an Altiri, like every one in Genosis. Both are aliens to their own world, and both have seen their own source of immense darkness in their time.

The other side of the same story might sound similar at a quick glance, but in the depths of every personal reality, very little is ever the same. Heute schreibe ich einen kleinen Text.. in der Hoffnung, dass er einige Personen erreicht.

Womöglich sind deine Gedanken oftmals: „Ich bin müde.“, „Ich bin es leid, alles zu geben und nie genug zu sein!“, „Ich bin es leid, mich für Menschen zu verändern, die meine Veränderung nicht einmal anerkennen!“, „Ich bin es leid, nicht dünn genug zu sein…“. Doch die Frage die wir uns alle stellen ist… weswegen willst du einer Person gefallen?

Möglicherweise kennst du mich nicht, aber ich will dir ehrlich sein. Du wirst dich weiterhin verlieren wenn du versuchst, jemand anderem zu gefallen. Du wirst nie genug für einen Menschen sein. Es gibt kein Maß an Perfektion, das du ihnen geben kannst. Für eine Person, die nicht zu dir passt, wirst du nie perfekt sein. Dich zu verstellen ist nicht das Richtige für das Herz, das nach dir sucht. Du kannst in den Augen Anderer zu groß oder zu klein sein, aber du hast die perfekte Größe für das Herz, das dich liebt. Du kannst in den Augen Anderer zu kontaktfreudig oder zu schüchtern sein, aber du hast die perfekte Persönlichkeit für das Herz, das dich liebt. Du magst in den Augen Anderer zu schwarz, zu braun, zu weiß sein, aber du hast die perfekte Farbe für das Herz, das dich liebt. Lass niemals zu, was andere Personen für dich empfinden zu erzwingen. Ändere, wie du über dich selbst denkst. Lasse deinen Wert niemals von den Vorlieben anderer Menschen bestimmen. Du bist nicht wertvoll, weil jemand dich sieht.

Dein Wert ist wertvoll. Denn so wurdest du erschaffen.

Wie jemand dich behandelt, spiegelt nicht wider, was du verdienst.

(A bit of background, this story has been one that I have been working on and updating since I got my first laptop in 2016. I have finally settled on what it was supposed to be and was actually working on getting this published but school stopped me when I got to busy. I have 28 chapters of this story finished and am gonna be uploading about five chapters a week till we catch up. Hope you enjoy it)
