Chapter twenty-four

I stare at it for a while.

Am I reading this shit correctly?

Did Matt really get my name tattooed onto his body?

I mean, it looks like my name.

That shit is so fucking.......I don't even know.

I mean what if we break up for good? What? Will he get it surgically removed?

It's a bold black.

It's not too big but its definitely noticeable.

It's at the inside of his arm around the elbow area.

It a pretty font but damn. My name? My whole ass name?

Jeez. He told me he was getting new tattoos but I never thought......

I mean, he did say I wouldn't let him get it if he told me what he was getting.

He was damn right.

I run my finger along the tattoo, tracing my name on his skin.

That was kind of sweet actually.

But I'm still a little uneasy about the idea.

I move my finger from his arm.

"Why'd you stop?"

His raspy voice interrupts my thoughts process.

"Morning," I giggle.

He opens one eye and looks at me.

I giggle again. He's freaking adorable.

"How'd you sleep, gorgeous?"

I smile. "I mean........good?"

He laughs and raises an eyebrow, "Good?"

"I was a little sweaty but it was very nice holding you like a baby,"

He smiles and gets off of me. "Sorry, ma'am. Won't let it happen again,"

He stands up and rubs his still puffy eyes.

"I need to pee, so badly," he grabs his shirt off of the floor and puts it on.

He kisses my forehead. "I'll be back,"

I grab his face and kiss him.

"Love you,"

"I love you," he replies. He turns and walks out the door, closing it behind him.

I'll have to ask him about the tattoo later.
